Schedules

I have a project w/ 2 buildings each a separate file linked into an overall file. My footing schedule is finally right except that there is two blank spaces before my first F1 callout. I think this might be due to the fact that I didn't schedule all of the footings that I am using in the job. I took care of most of them w/ a note. Is there anyway to remove these lines.

My second question - I have a column schedule where I am scheduling my steel columns. However I am also using concrete columns to act as cmu piers and now they are showing up in my column schedule. 1st can I purge these out of my column schedule and second can I create a separate Pier schedule.

Use the filter command under the schedule settings to have it exclude the things (including unscheduled members) you don't wish to show up.
