Don't Want Section Aligning with Wall

We have an exisisting wall that is just a tiny bit off of orthogonal, and it is giving us much grief. We finally got a wall in that works, but now we have sections that are aligned with this slightly askew wall (less than a degree), rather than orthogonal. I like the fact that the section aligns with walls by default, which is what we want maybe 99.9% of the time, but in this case, we really need to break this alignment. Is there any way to get the existing section to stop aligning, or do we have to creat a new section? I tried a rotate, but the initial angle is orthogonal, not aligned with the section? I also tried the Align command, but it doesn't work with the section symbol it seems.
