I'm using AutoCAD 2006
When I start up the software, all the toolbars w/o any icon, but all are function as I move the cursor on it, the tool tip will show the command, like "Line" - if I move corsor over the Line command on the toolbar
Anyone can help me in this matter?

That sounds to me like a broken file, is it every button that is without an icon, or just the main program buttons? Try making a new button and see if it retains it's icon, that will tell you if you have a broken file or something else (like pathing) going wrong.
I would recommend that if you have a broken file, run a repair from the install CD. If the pathing is all out, then you may have to find where your various system files are parked and point the support directories to them.
Has this install of AutoCad always done this, or is it something that has just happened?

"ALL" the toolbars? The ones belonging to the "ACAD" menugroup? If so, don't pay too much attention to the topics regarding "custom" toolbars (belonging to "custom" menus)
Did this problem just start one day, or was it like this out of the box (OOTB)?
Is this a stock setup where "acad.cui" is the main menu?
Have you tried restoring the OOTB "acad.cui". Look for it in \Program Files\AutoCAD 2006\UserDataCache\Support. Copy it of course to the default location for the menu file (something like \Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2006\R17.0\enu\Support )
