new symbolic line pattern

Hi,

I'm working on a casework family (not wall based), which has some elements which would be above the cut plane so I'd like to have symbolic lines for these which are dotted. The problem is that the casework family template does not include a dotted line pattern (projection above) in the symbolic lines - but the wall based template does have this type.

How can I add a new line pattern to the list of symbolic lines available for selection?

You need to make a new Object Style for the above or overhead line.
Make a new Line Pattern if the ones in the template don't live up to your needs.
Assign the Line Pattern to the Object Style
Use it...:beer:
