Revit Crash When Closing Revit Help

Every once in awhile, when I'm using Revit's help file and then close it, the program freezes. When I try to click back in the Revit program window I get a program not responding error. It doesn't happen every time, and I haven't been able to reproduce it. Has anyone else experienced this error?

Does this ever happen with other programs on your computer?

No. Although I think the only programs I've ever used help files with on this machine are AutoCAD and Revit.

Maybe you should give it a little more time to 'catch up' *for lack of better wording.
Generally on larger file sizes whenever you use the revit help, or save to central, or reload latest, it might take LONGER to reload the graphics if you have multiple windows open, but Revit has never crashed on me while using the help program.
