Hello Fellow Revit users and those curious about Revit. Please join us at the next Bay Area Revit User's Group meeting at the local San Francisco AIA office.

For the first portion of the evening, we will be presenting Construction Phasing in Revit. See how Revit understands time, how you can leverage phasing to better manage your complex projects, how you can use Phasing to create 'storyboards' of the Project for Presentation, and can Phase all elements of your project.

Then we will take an intermission break, with snacks and drinks, giving everyone the chance to hob-nob and talk, as well as ask questions.

Then we will move onto the more technical portion of the evening, where we will be presenting Worksets. Worksets allow you to break up your jobs within Revit into user-defined portions, which allows for more than one person to work collaboratively on a job at the same time. We'll demonstrate how they work, common pitfalls, and show some of the exciting new ways of working together as a team Worksets allow over the more traditional CAD 'X-ref' methodology.

We'll have some snacks, wine, and sodas. If you can, either register on the website (http://www.aectech.com/) or e-mail me (jeffrey.mcgrew@id8media.com) to say that you are coming, so that I can get a head count.

Hope to see you there!
