I got 2 templates.
One with good views all setup but I don't like the families.
I got another template with good familes but I don't like the views.
How can I combine the 2 templates.
It seems that I can only import sheets and drafting views
The Views (all) > Floor Plans I cannot seem to copy or import.
What can I do?

Delete the families you don't like from one, delete the views you don't like from the other one, start a new empty template and then use "Transfer Project Standards" from the File pull down to transfer what's useful to the empty template.

thankx I am working on that now.
Is there a way to import a family from an existing revit file or template?
Or Can I export a bunch of selected families to file?
Other then opening and copy-n-paste is there any way to get families from one revit file to another.

You can right click on a family in the project browser and save it anywhere. I suggest you start a library and organize them in a similar fashion to the stock Revit libraries, but keep them separate so you don't lose them in an upgrade. Then just load them into any project.
