I'm wondering if anyone is saving their Model Views when using the Save View command.
I find saving Drafting Views a great time saver, and can be easily inserted into a new project, but when do you use the ability to save a Model View, such as a section?
I tried saving a Model View this morning only to find that the view was saved complete with model objects which can be viewd in 3D. I was expecting this to be saved as a 2D drafting view so that it can be added to our library of views. We are reviewing some of our Revit projects which are now complete and would like to reuse some details.
How are you re-using Model Views?
