Stair line

On the attached stair section I am getting a mysterious line. Can anyone tell me why this is appearing? Does it have anything to do with the line that is centered on the satir when they are being created? It seems to only happen on "L" shaped stairs. Straight run stairs appear fine.

Is it a railing that is mostly embeded in the foundation wall? That lost its hosting to the stair...


Not sure, try turning everything off visibility wise except stairs & rails and see what you get. Also does it show up in any other views? What if you create a new section or elevation? 3D view?
