I have never had the need to ask as my keynoting seems to work fine, but under keynote settings, what is the difference between file locations: relative, absolute, at file locations.?

Does this affect anything?

If you're running off of a network with a shared file it affects how the computer resolves the path to the location. It affects locally too, but doesn't matter as much. If it is relative, it will establish the keynote's file relative to your project file. Absolute will say, this is the exact path to use all the time, no matter what. At file assumes the keynote file is in the same exact place as your project file (central file).

Is it possible to use more that one Keynote File?
One in absolute path, while the other is a project Relative type path?

No, one keynote file per project. Which makes sense. The keynote file is really a database, that you key to via Revit objects. If you could reference two files, Revit would somehow have to reconcile them, and what would happen if the same key were used in both files?
