Parametric Truss without making Reference Plane

How can I make a Parametric Truss without making a Reference Plane while inserting the Truss in the file. Currently I have to make a Reference Plane for each truss inserted and it will make it really difficult to change something as I will have to go through the same process again.

If you insert the truss as a simple component not using the structural tool bar it will not be associated to a reference plane and therefore easier to move and adjust. :wink:
