Can't select opening

Sometime back I had created an opening for stair for 5 levels...now the stair has moved and I needed to move the opening, but I can't select it. I have tried selecting it in section, plan, 3d, elev...tried selecting everything and then filter but nothin works. I created a new one and can select and modify that easily...looks like some sort of a bug.

I am going to post it to Support, but in the meantime any other thoughts welcome.

Any luck @ support? Have you tried hiding the wall?

if you are talking about a shaft opening(made with the opening tool, then checking the shaft option), you should beable to switch your view to wireframe and tab on the edge of the opening. I've never not been able to select the opening this way.

I ran into this this evening. Turns out the boundary was on the wrong workset. I could see the physical opening but could not select same. Turned on all my worksets and viola: problem solved.

My problem was phase creation. I did'nt realise that....support got back and problem solved.:)
