Cut plane in site plan

I have a house on a sloped site. I want to show the building cut in plan at the top of foundation walls. There's part of the site that is above this cut line: the upslope side of the building! Is there a way to leave the site topography rendered uncut? I'm using a topography generated from an imported .dwg file. Revit wants to slice the topography at the same cut plane elevation as the building.

Set the cut plane way above the site for the general view. Then use a plan regions just around the building to show the plan cut at the desired level...
