Anyone have a filled region pattern to share that looks like perforated steel with 1/2" circles? see image:
TIA!

This seems to be the closest I have,
It has wide spaces between the circles though.
I will hunt around for more

This is a MODEL pattern of 0.5" circles arranged on a 0.6" hexagonal grid - it's rather busy as each of the 25 approximating lines is about 1/16" long.
Remove or change the line containing "MODEL" for a drafting pattern.
(Part of the fun with Revit is in how to handle maximum and minimum MODEL and DRAFT pattern sizes and this pattern tested right down at the small end - it scales up rather more than it will scale down on entry.)

this is a lisp program that i found (CADALYST 10/05 Tip 2065: HatchMaker.lsp 2005 Larry Schiele) that creates a hatch pattern from itmes that you draw. it has become very useful in making any pattern that i have needed.
Thanks to Larry Schiele for posting it to the cadalyst tips!
