Is there anyway to specify the wall width for wall hosted elements? Like windows, doors, etc?
I have doors i show in plan and elevation, elevation is fine, but with plan view we have windows that look a lot different at 3" wall widths versus 12" wall widths.

Need a way to specify each.

Is this a window floating in an opening or do you have a frame (and extension jamb) attached to the faces of the wall? You could always make another family. That way it would read differently in the schedule. If you don't want to do that, add a text column to the schedule and specify the depth of the unit there.

Not sure what your getting at, but i think i have come up with a solution of just changing the default wall thickness in the family itself, although this causes a duplicate family for every wall thickness i want to show.
