3D Roof needed

I have to make a detailed render of 4 houses and the client wants to see the roof tile modeled. I will need to model the roof tiles on the edges of the face too, where it changes slope. I hate to say this, but it is a simple plugin for Archicad, while for us is 1 day's work.
Which is the easiest way? The roof is not very complex.

Host sweep - Roof Fascia. You can create a curved profile and use this for the raised hips and probably get away with it on the eaves as well.
