Schedule Walls

I'm doing a small T.I. and pretty much blew through it, so I'm trying some new things. One of which is sheduling the walls so that we can calc out the linear, and area totals. Area works fine, but the linear does not. Any time that I demo a door, it calcs the linear footage for the entire wall that the door was in, and not the replacement construction of the wall.

Anyone have a work around for this?

had to split the wall on each side of the door for now.
