can't get schedules back together?

i have a user that had a schedule that was cut to fit on the page (ie 4 columns). some items where deleted and now we only need 3 columns, but we cant seem to get the "view box" to merge back into the original 3 columns.

Any help? We've tried deleting the schedule and reinserting it, but the old formating seems to stick.

i figured it out. the problem is that the view box was set to the smallest size it could go. once i streched it larger and pulled it onto the main box, it merged together. since it was so small to start with, it did not want to stick together.
