I noticed that it is not possible to change scales, angles of patterns in drafting views...(Not talkin' about model patterns)The way drafting filled patterns work (and that is what you are referring to when in "drafting view") are always the same scale when printed...so they are per printed size...
so a filled pattern that is supposed to print 1/8"x1/16" won't be a different printed size when viewing 1/4"=1'-0" or in a 3"=1'-0" drawing.
IMO I can live with that, what I wish I had the option to do is move the position ("origin") of the filled region, and currently one cannot do that...

So you are correct, you can't on the screen itself....but you can choose/make a detail filled region under settings, and then make sure you use that one when in drafting view...
