Opaque Filled Regions act Transparent

I can't figure this one out. My filled regions are not working. Any help?

The solid fill cut-line works fine. Not the patterns.

Your view is set to wireframe - not hidden....

Thanks Aaron. I never even thought that a drafting view would have that option. Didn't even think of looking down there. I even went down there to change the scale to see if it was a scale thing. Looked right past the wireframe icon.
