Level Lines not Visible in Elevation View

I started a project using the Revit Residential Template.

But, when I look at an Elevation view, why do the Elevation/Level Lines for Basement, T.O. Footing, & B.O. Footing not show (not visible)? They pre-select when I float over them, but do not actually appear.

What do I need to do in order to have them visible?

Probably... Mouse over the Level (until it highlights), right-click and select Show Annotation in View.

if you can hover over them and they appear it probably means that they are hidden in that view. once highlighted right click and go show annotation in view.
