Column hatching

I have structural columns shown grey in the floor plan (as I want them) and solid black in RCP. Any ideas why is that.

Check the scale of the hatch. When the hatch scale is too small for the view it becomes more of a solid black fill. You can fix the scale under the properties of the hatch in the view...

Elements should look the same in both Plan & RCP, and I assume that you did this as a solid grey hatch, so that there is no scale issue. I think it is a level of detail issue, make sure that both views have the same level of detail. The other thought I have is that if could be Phasing. Do you have any phasing in the project? If so, are your elements and views set to the proper phase?

Everything is the same in both views: scale, medium detail, phase filters

This is a bit of a long shot, but is the column the same material all the way? Is is possible that it looks different in the two views because they are cutting through different materials at different heights. If not I think I'm at a loss.

Nothing like that. Just standard structural column.

I might have to echo Michael...

Have you tried putting in a new struct. column? It might possibly be just a glitch...
