AutoCAD 2007 - Where can I find clean copy of acad.cui

One of my drawings didn't close properly, which I didn't think too much about. When I restarted Acad 2007 none Of my menus were showing. I tried Menuload and got express and custom back but can't get acad.CUI to load. I tried renaming acad.bak.CUI and loading that but it didn't work. I've tried Registry repair and Autocad repair without success. I'm trying to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling if I can (because of computer problems have had to request an activation code twice already).

Any suggestions?

Grab the virgin copy from \Program Files\AutoCAD 2007\UserDataCache\Support and copy it to the default location (under Documents and Settings.....)
