Upgrading files from 9.0 to 9.1

My company recently upgraded to 9.1 and Im having trouble converting the project over... I was wondering if any1 could help walk me through it?

What's the problem?

All that should be required is to open the file in 9.1 and let Revit upgrade it. You'll need to do this for all linked files too.

Honestly, it shouldn't be more complicated than that but if it is post more detail here.
