Express Layer Delete - Nested Error trapping incorrectly Resetting nesting index to 1

While trying to delete layers using the express layer delete function, I get this message:
Nested Error trapping used incorrectly. Resetting nesting index to 1. Has anybody encountered this and what do I have to do to get it to function again. I am currently using ABS 2006. Any help out there? Thanks, Rodney

You could try repairing your install of ABS. Make sure you have the current SP installed too.

I am encountering this with LDTC 2008, anyone come to a solution for this?
