Export to Autocad and RCP

I had a problem with a prior project and posted with no response. The Tbar grid off sets 8" from the lights in a new project that I'm working, when I export to Autocad. A pain to fix prior to sending to my consults. Is there a autodesk contact where i can send the file for a possible fix or to have the file reviewed to see what could be going wrong???

If you are on subscription, you need to access the subscription center, then click create support request, fill out the form. then upload your file. If not call your reseller.
