When an Acad block on layer "widget", with sub-entities on layer 0, is imported into Revit and then exported back to Acad, the layers switch so that the block is on layer 0 and its sub-entities are on "widget". (whew, hope you get what I'm saying)
For one thing, it's just bad CAD form.
But also, I have noticed that it has caused some "layer manipulation" problems on my consultants' drawings.
