Line properties through phases

I've created scope of work lines using the line style setting.
Unfortunately, the lines are recognized as constructed elements rather than annotations. The result of this issue is that they become existing (changing the line appearance) and do not show up at all in the demolition drawings for the appropriate phases.

Is there a way to maintain the properties/appearance no matter what phase or drawing it appears in? Is there a way to make these lines into annotation lines rather than "constructed" lines?

Why not just draw them as detail lines instead of model lines?

Of course that would make them view-specific-only. Are you looking for something that will show in all views?

Thanks to Revit Support for a very quick answer.

I was using model lines instead of Detail lines.

Detail lines are not affected by Phases so they will only show up in the drawing view that you place them in & can be copied to other appropriate drawing views. Varying phases will not affect their appearance.
