In Revit, when I attempt to print a 30x42 sheet to our Oce TDS600 plotter, the result is a 20x28 crop of the lower left corner of the sheet. The media size I'm selecting is 'Oce 30" 30x42 in'.
I tried printing a 30x42 pdf file from Acrobat and got the same extent problem.
We have no problems plotting 30x42 from AutoCAD.
I believe the problem is with my Oce print driver. Oce has two different drivers; a Windows Raster Driver (WRD) and a Windows Printer Driver (WPD). It appears that AutoCAD is using the WRD as a pass through of the HDI. Our plotter "hangs" off of one of our networked PCs. The Oce software is installed on that PC. If I install the latest WPD driver on my desktop, will that potentially impact our AutoCAD plotting?

I think that's going to be something for your Oce service guy to look at. We have no problems printing 30x42 to our TDS600.
Do you have both 36" and 30" paper rolls in your machine?

Yes, Roll 1 is 30" media

It does sound like a driver issue.
Our Oce TDS600 has no trouble plotting from Revit.
The only trouble we've had was last night attempting to plot 10 or so sheets. My computer quit responding each time and Revit had to be restarted. Plotting a smaller number of sheets fixed that problem for the moment... although that will be an issue to be addressed if the problem continues.

Was there any resolution to this, I am running into the same problem with 30x42 prints, 24x36 works fine.

Can you print to 30x42 from another program, like a 30x42 sheet in a PDF file?

I can print just fine from ADT, DWF, PDF (with a little work). But in Revit Arch 09 I just get two/thirds of the drawing - missing the title block. Creating pdfs or dwfs just so we can print has been deemed unacceptable by upper management.

That's odd... I just printed a 30x42 sheet in 2009 to our TDS600 and it worked fine.

Wish I could see how your TDS600 is set up compared to mine. This has been driving me nuts!!!
When at the print dialog box can you access the properties button next to the printer drop down menu? I can't.

Alright, I believe I have this issue resolved. We have been using the Oce WPD driver which AutoCAD uses, after downloading the WRD (Windows Raster Driver) I am now able to print to 30x42 and all the other sizes that we typically use.
Thanks for all the help!

Yeah we used to have a problem printing PDF's to the Oce, so we have a Windows driver and a separate PostScript driver for printing PDF's, but lately it's been working fine from all programs using the Windows driver.
