How can I get receptacles to display the circuit number as annotation in plan view?

How can I get the panel number to display at the end of a homerun arrow?

You can use the "tag by category" feature. By default it will assign the circuit number to the home run(or what ever wire you are tagging). If you would like you can edit the family and add a label to the tag so that it could read items like,e wire size or the panel it goes to.
