Select Joined Elements

I noticed in 9.1 that when you have a chain of lines or walls you can highlight one wall... right click.. and find a new selection tool... Select Joined Elements. Just wondered what the thinking was behind this new feature.

I can see how users might want to know what else will stretch if an element is moved, but the tool does not appear to also highlight roofs or floors that the selected walls are joined to.

Maybe so you can easily adjust the properties of those elements all at once...? Without having to jump through hoops to select everything.

Copy, so you can paste aligned...?

I'm thinking it was probably designed with some specific scenario in mind. Probably a question for the developers.
