Changing Associated Levels

I accidently drew some 2D Linework on "Level 2", which should have been done on "Site"
How can I change my lines to show up on "SITE"

Cut them from Level 3 and Paste them on your Site level... unless they're model lines in which case I think you'll need to rehost them.
