Materials & related files locations?

Where are the materials files, fill patterns file, and AccuRender files located?

Accurender materials : Settings menu, Options,

Rendering Tab. From here you will see a list that will probably send you into the Documents and Settings/all users/application data path. Depends on your set up

Fill Patterns:Program Files/Revit Building/Data

If I move them all to my office revit library location would you expect them to work?

I am getting peculiar results with editing accurender materials. No matter what changes I make to an accurender material, the preview of that material doesn't change.
