If there is a situation where different slabs levels or multiple soffit height in Ceilings are used, what toolset do you guys normally use.
Can we use "Massing" tool to construct certain situations I wanna show? What about "Create-in-place" tool? A Little guide would be helpful.

I would use the floor and soffit and ceiling tools. Sometimes a special shape needs to be made, where you would do it in as a Create in place componenent (and use the roof, ceiling, floor, wall category) You shouldn't use "massing" as a tool nor a category....it should be used as a seperate tool for specific Massing Studies...
