changing clouds

im having trouble tryna change my clouds. I'd like to add my jpeg.
how do i get rid off the automatic clouds?

If you go to Rendering - Settings - Scene settings - Environment. Select background image and you will then be able to browse to the file you want to use. Your file will override the sky setting.
