I got this running under The Uniform Server (http://center.uniformserver.com/) on my computer. Next step for me is to try it on (or open it to) the Internet.
Pretty cool stuff. Written in PHP so can be customized. I put in a DWF file and when clicked-on I could view it in my browser.
