I am currently creating Bathroom elevations.
The partitions will not allow me to "cut" through them.
When I go to edit the family, I can "cut" through it and see beyond the partitions.

Is there a setting I am missing to allow Elevation/Section tags to cut through partitions?

Is there a setting I am missing to allow Elevation/Section tags to cut through partitions? What is the category type of the partition family? Some family types do not allow cutting. There is a table buried in Revit help that shows what family types can be cut and which can't.

Speciality equipment does not get cut. You can also tell what gets cut and what doesn't by the Object style settings, ie, if you can't assign a cut line weight, then it won't ever get cut.

Or synmoblic geometry is being used, and since that is only lines, you're seeing right through it. If you want to use symbolic geometry, which is a good thing, then you will need to create a parametric detail component that has a filled region.

The Families in question are the following:

Toilet Stall-3D w Toilet.rfa
Toilet Stall-Accessible-Front-3D w Toilet.rfa

Is there a way to adjust the elevation display within the family to look like a section?
