Struct and MEP sheets with Building

This may have come up... So excuse me for revisiting this topic.

How are automatic indexing of sheets with the schedule handled when sheets from the Structural engineer and MEP engineers are collected for plotting? Seeing the architect has the cover sheet he needs to polulate the sheets from outside in the index.
