Patterns in Callouts Don't show

My Site plan has some concrete Patterns. My Model Lines show up fine when a make a call of an area...the patterns don't show up. Should I use actual slabs in order for the patterns to show up?

No its just that unfortunately, I believe that the pattern does not cross over to the callout. Hopefully I am wrong because it seems like it would be a pain in the @$$ to apply the pattern everywhere...someone prove me wrong... please...

What kind of pattern? if fill patterns then they are detail items and will not show in other drawings. You will have to paste them into the other views. if not filled pattern then what type?
