is it possible with AutoCAD LT 2000 to plug-in survey coordinates (320, 15', 40", 244.98 ft etc..) to plot out a shape.

You should be able to set the units to decimal, and the angular
settings to Degrees, minutes, and seconds. Then key it in
in that manner. If LT doesn't support DD.MMSS, then convert
them into decimal degrees and key it in that way.
