Why is this box always greyed out?

You're right, whether you select the whole curtain wall, a mullion, a grid, a panel, pined or unpined, it stays grayed out. The select mullions tool works.

My guess is that it is a feature that currently doesn't work properly, but will be in the near future...

Am I a good guesser?
