Filled Region... Move to Back

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. What's up?!? I am trying to put filled regions into a sheet view in order to deliniate the location of P&C trenches. They appear beneath the grid lines, but not the walls.

Even if you move a filled region to back, you still have to make sure it is transparent in it's properties.

Unfortunately, the option of making it transparent is grayed out.

find a filled region that doesn't have this field greyed out, create your new filled region from that one and proceed. I don't know why, but there are a few system filled regions that are default opaqe, or trans., whichever one. Can't remember which ones they are either, but I've ran into this and have just had to recreate it with one of the other FR's.
