Fatal error while exporting views

I am using MDT 2004DX; however, I have had this error in previous versions. During the export views function the program crashes. I have recovered each external file in the design, recovered and recovered desktop on the file in question, purged & audited it.

Also, on some previous files the exported 2d drawing file crashes while opening in regular AutoCAD.

Any ideas?
