Creating Title Sheets w/ Some Filled Regions

Hi Guys,
We are very new to Revit. I am trying to create our Standard Title Sheet which has some filled regions in it. But Everytime I print, My filled Regions (Grey Solid Fill) Prints over our Nice Fat Lines.
How can I fixed this or is there any walk around?

I have a black border around my TBs and I laid it all out the way I wanted and then added the filled region to it.
