DIMTVP resets to 1.2 everytime I use Set Current button

Does anyone know how to keep the DIMTVP from resetting to 1.2 every time I use the Set Current button in Dimension Style Manager dialog box?

We use Civil 3D and LDT.

DIMTAD is set to 0, everytime I exit the dimension dialobox I change DIMTVP from 1.2 to 0.
