Well say no to the 64 bit processor and say defiantly no to the Media center edition.
Autodesk has optimized their products for XP and 32 bit processors.

Hi
Personally I would probably go with the AMD Athlon 64 X2 out of the three stated.
I would up the RAM to 2 GB.
Definitely go with Windows XP Pro ( for the moment stick with the 32 bit version ).
For a suitable Graphics Card I would start by looking here...
AutoCAD Certified Hardware (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=7107053&linkID=2475161)
Plus, have a look here...
Revit Building - Features & Specifications (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=5106033)
ADT 2007 - Features & Specifications (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=5141515)
Autodesk VIZ - Features & Specifications (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=5235467)
Have a good one, Mike

For Revit, RAM and processor are the most important. 2 Gigs of Ram, and the fastest processor you can get.
