Rotate a ref line?!

Is there a way to rotate a reference line so it slopes in two directions?

you would have to rotate it in plan, then cut a section parralel and rotate it in section.

I must be missing someting then because it wont rotate in my elevation or section view?

sorry i was mistaken. what i forgot was that i had created a few reference planes, then cut a section and connected top level to bottom level with a reference plane that sloped from side to side.

I was thinking that i rotated it, but apparently i didn't sorry.
