Where have all the grid lines gone ?

The mysterios case of the disappearing gridlines. ( See attached exhibit A )

Grid lines were locked. They have completely disappeared from some views and have changed extent in other views.
Inspector beegee is on the case, but admits he doesnt have any idea at the moment.
There are no scope boxes on in the view. Visability settings seem OK.
Unlocking Bubble heads and moving them does not expose any " hidden " grid lines.

Its a mystery. :roll:

As a possible work-around, I thought I could delete the grid bubbles and paste in the grids from an earlier backup.
Unfortunately, I get the message that the selection cannot be copied ( ? )

Anyone have a clue about solving this ? ( I've got a deadline looming :cry: )

OK ... don't panic :)

Right click on the bubble head and select " reset extents to default "

Phew....

( Why this happened in the first place, I have no idea. )
