See the attached snapshot of my model. What you are looking at is a standing seam roof meeting up with metal wall panels. The light grey portion of the wall aligning with the roof slope is the side of the roof construction. The question is: How can I cover the edge of the roof up with the metal wall panel? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Post an image instead! Maybe "join geometry" will work.

I believe they are already joined. Once I pick the roof the wall is not an option to join, I think that means they are already joined.

When I do standing seam roofs, I usually leave the eave cut set to plumb, and then add a gutter along the eave, and a sweep along the rake for the trim. There will be some sort of trim along the rake edge anyway, not metal panels all the way up.
