Importing Previously Created Wall Types

Does anyone know how to import the wall types that are created in other projects to an on going project? (one file to the other)

We have at least 50 wall types going on and it's hard to re-configure every single one of them again. Is the best way copy pasting? If so, does the wall type that has the same name gets overwritten by the ones that i'm inserting???

Transfer project standards. Uncheck all but walls. It will bring in all the wall types in the other project and you can delete incorrect types. If you need specific wall types pick the type in the browser, right click and copy to clipboard. Switch files and click paste. It will be added to your project.
